How is shipping calculated?
- Standard shipping rates by weight applied for items below $75.
- We offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $75. Free shipping applies to merchandise only. Gift cards, digital items, and taxes are not included in the free shipping calculation.
- Orders shipped to PO boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico cannot be expedited.
- Standard shipping processing time is up to 3 business days. Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
- Two-Day Shipping processing time is 1-2 business days. Once your order is shipped, it will be delivered within 2 business days.
Where do you ship?
- We ship to the 50 Unites States and Puerto Rico only. Digital purchases can be downloaded to select international countries.
How do you ship?
- Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx within 2-5 business days of placing an order.
- All orders are subject to a sales tax.
- We do not ship on Sundays or national holidays.
- As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation, please email us right away at support At spirituallotus.com.
What shipping materials do you use?
- To help the environment and cut down on paper use, we no longer include packing slips or stone description cards in shipments. You’ll still be able to see your order information in your account and the stone descriptions on the product page.
- Some items will be mailed in clean, reused packaging, so that we may do our part in saving the planet by reducing, reusing, and recycling materials.
We offer hassle-free returns within 15 days of the original shipment date. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the original shipping cost, once the item is received.
In order to receive a full refund the following must be met:
- All products must be returned in new, undamaged, and unused condition in original packaging.

We’re unable to process returns for:
- Clearance items
- Gift cards & Store Credit
- Used Items
If you receive a damaged item, email us within 15 days of the shipment date. You must include clear pictures of the damage. Damaged items reported after the 15 days cannot be replaced. Email us at support At spirituallotus.com.
If you need to cancel an order already placed, you must do so within one hour of your purchase. Once your order status reads “processing” we are not able to stop the shipment from that point. Your order will be shipped and can be returned using our current return policy stated above.
